Warranty & installation: To benefit from warranty, products must be installed in an authorized workshop. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, warranty certificate) and proof of installation in an authorized service (installation invoice and work order/estimate).

Shock absorber warranty note: For shock absorbers where warranty is requested, the parts are shipped to the manufacturer’s factory for laboratory analysis. This analysis involves opening the shock absorbers; therefore they cannot be returned in the same condition and are scrapped by the factory.

As we do not know the specific legislation of each country, beyond the documents already listed there we can only provide the manufacturer’s certificate of conformity, issued in our name.
