Front Torsen (auto-locking) differential type B for Dacia/Renault Duster 4x2. It is designed to help distribute torque between the front drive wheels when traction differs from one wheel to the other.

How it works: The auto-locking differential automatically distributes torque between the drive wheels, with front torque proportional to the engine input.
Maximum lock on the wheel with the lowest grip is stated as 70–80%, so a complete blockage does not occur.
Interaction with traction control and electronic stability system (ASR): The differential’s action is described as transparent to traction control and stability systems. It supports torque transmission to the front wheels and may lead to traction control activating more slowly and less often because the differential reacts earlier. It is not a permanent locking differential.
Warranty & installation: To benefit from warranty coverage, the product must be installed in an authorized workshop. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, warranty certificate) and proof of installation in an authorized service (installation invoice and work order/estimate).
