Recommendations for use and maintenance

1. Periodically check the condition of the shock absorber rubber dust protective sleeves (we recommend checking at each periodic maintenance operation such as oil and filter changes). If they show cracks, cuts, or gaps between the sleeve and the shock absorber, replace them as soon as possible. If the sleeves are not in good condition (cracks, breaks, missing pieces, etc.), there is a major risk that the shock absorbers may be damaged; this type of defect is not covered by warranty.

The shock absorbers rubber dust protective sleeves are included in the package.

2. Periodically check tire pressure. Recommended pressure: 1.8 to 2 (1.8 for comfort, 2 for highway conditions).

3. Adjust wheel geometry (especially toe/convergence angles) after 500–1000 km from suspension installation.

Warranty and documentation

To benefit from warranty, the products must be installed in an authorized workshop. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, warranty certificate) and proof of installation in an authorized service (installation invoice and work order/estimate).

For shock absorbers covered by a warranty claim, the units will be sent to the manufacturer’s factory for laboratory analysis. This analysis involves opening the shock absorbers; therefore, they cannot be returned in the same condition and are scrapped by the factory.

Homologation / approvals

Any available homologation documents are listed in the product’s “Attachments” section. We do not know the specific legislation of each country; beyond the documents already listed there, we can only provide the manufacturer’s certificate of conformity, issued in our name.
